ah so true! my last move now six years ago was the first time in my life i let go of some of my books. i looked at every one, chrisy, and kept only the ones i wanted to read again, look at again.

imagine having a library this large. mine is tiny and i'm so content with my books

Oh yes, I'm with you there! How I dream of one day having a floor to ceiling, wall to wall library with a ladder!

Bliss - and I love the idea of colour coded books as in the first image.

I dream of having a whole room dedicated to books! Oh how I love them...and completely relate to that poem at the end. That first photo is just stunning! Not sure I could stand to not have my books in alphabetical order though! :)

I need some bookcases like them. We are trying the colour coding instead of by subject- its fun.

Yes...pretty inspiring aren't they...of course my books look nothing like this...they are stacked up against walls...and the one that I want will be right on the bottom requiring much lifting and muttering...one day...yes one day...a friend will say 'i've got this big old bookcase that i don't need...want me to bring it round for you?'...well a girl has to dream doesn't she...

love these pictures and the inspiring uses of the spaces. My favourite is the first picture because of all the colour.

The fourth one down! Swoon-o-rama! I would be a very happy lady if I had that to sit in every day!
